Wednesday 26th September 2012
Ruth Hubbard, who works for Inside Japan Tours, and has lived and worked in Kyoto. She will uncover some of “The Mysteries of Japan” including how the people are coping with the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami.

Wednesday 3rd October 2012
David Edwards FRGS, FRGSA,FHEA comes with his talk entitled “Utah & Arizona-a love affair” He has kept returning to the area over a dozen years and he includes National Parks and national monuments.

Wednesday 24th October 2012
In the year that celebrates the 200th anniversary of the discovery of Petra, Audley Travels Harry Ring visits to show us “Classic Jordan & the Country’s Hidden Gems” He will finish with a visit to Israel, to Jerusalem.

Wednesday 14th November 2012
Trevor Davenport's talk is “Mountains and Deserts” visiting Nepalese Himalayas and the Chitwan Park and then the desert areas of Rajasthan. We are promised Maoist bandits and one legged tigers!

Wednesday 21st November 2012
Keith & Sue Clark had a 3 month, self organised, round the world journey and are going to talk “Across South America”. It includes visiting Argentina, Chile, Brazil & Uruguay; from Patagonia to Iguazu to Valparaiso.

Wednesday 12th December 2012
Tonight is Members’ Evening, John & Lynne Collier take us on a “Canarian Odyssey” when they show us unexpected sides of these islands, known mainly for sunshine holidays. Les & Pauline Mason are caravanners and are going to share their enthusiasm for “Languedoc & the Cathar Castles” and Peter Edwards takes us on a river cruise to the “Holy Ganges & the Historic Hooghly.”

Keith & Chris Buxton take us back to their favourite area of Africa, to an area undeveloped for tourists, with their talk on “The People & Animals of the Namibia/ Angola Border.”

Ann McCarthy loves experiencing and photographing exotic life first hand and will describe the cultural life, the National Parks, the vegetation, agriculture and landscape, as she takes “A Tour of Sri Lanka.”

Wednesday 13th March 2013
Gordon Bartley shows us the delights of our own lovely country, taking us to Cornwall, telling us it is “The Same Country but a Different World.” He includes, also, a look at Somerset, Devon and the city of Bath.

Pam Dowson’s video journey “Vietnam Revisited”, was sparked by an invitation to a Vietnamese wedding, a desire to revisit Hanoi and to visit the colourful hill tribes of Northern Vietnam, near the Chinese border.

Wednesday 17th April 2013
Denise Heywood, author, photographer, journalist, broadcaster & lecturer has lived and worked in many places. “Journey to Bali” takes us through Indonesia to Borobodur and Prambanan and on to Bali to reveal how the sacred dances of Indonesia’s Royal Court are emulated in Bali, where the exquisite dances are central to everyday life.

Steuart and Anita Kellington travel extensively and enjoy combining the sights and sounds of the places they visit, with their interesting commentary, this year to “Moscow & St Petersburg.”

Wednesday 8th May 2013
A.G.M. after which Joan Gaffiney will share her view of the Nice Carnivals, the Flower Festival and the floodlit Carnival, as well as the Menton Lemon Festival in “French Spring Festivals!” It was spring in February!
